Under the Fire Chief, Assistant Chief of Operations, and the Director of Finance.
The Administration carries out administrative functions for the District.
In August of 2000, the Board adopted a Customer Centered Strategic Plan to guide the District's priorities and growth over the succeeding years.
When making management decisions the Administration utilizes
the plan’s goals and objectives
as a measuring device. In addition, the following
criteria is used to evaluate proposed changes:
Will it improve customer service?
Will it benefit our volunteer members?
Will it fit within budget constraints?
