Gayle Sommers
Postion Two, term up in 2011
Gayle Sommers has lived on Vashon Island since 1990,
and has served on the boards of Vashon Island School
District #402 and the Vashon-Maury Island Community
Council.
Gayle has a master’s degree in Public
Administration from the University of Washington, and
holds the amateur radio license KG7ZZZ.

Rex Stratton is a local Vashon attorney with over 35 years of experience in Intellectual Property, business law and management, litigation, corporate finance and secured transactions.
Prior to his election as Fire Commissioner,
Rex served as a volunteer member of the Vashon Island Fire & Rescue and President of the Vashon Island Firemen’s Association.
